What this portal is

Performance Assessment Portal is a website for This Present House staff. Managers, employees, and People & Culture use it for work reviews and performance goals. It is only for people who work with or for This Present House.

Who can use it

You may sign in only if People & Culture has added you or your account came from our Microsoft work sign-in. Do not share your login code or password with anyone. Do not let someone else use your account.

How you must behave

• Tell the truth on forms and ratings.
• Only open scorecards you are allowed to see.
• Do not try to break into the system or copy data you should not have.
• Use kind and fair words when you write comments about others.
• Follow This Present House rules and the Bible-based values of our church family.

Your account

People & Culture may change your role (employee, manager, or HR), turn your account off, or fix wrong details. If you leave This Present House, you should lose access to this portal.

Our right to change things

This Present House may update this portal, these rules, or turn the site off for repairs. We will try to tell staff when big changes happen.

If something goes wrong

The portal is a tool to help reviews. It does not replace talking with your manager or People & Culture. If the site is down or a number looks wrong, contact People & Culture at hof.peopleculture@thispresenthouse.org.
